Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate modifications.

• Delivery Speed: 4K SMM Panel does not guarantee a precise delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when orders will be fulfilled.
• No Refills on Drops: If the service does not explicitly mention a refill guarantee period, we are not responsible for any metric drop or decrease.
• Account Status: We will not fulfill or refund any orders sent to private or restricted social media handles. Ensure your profile is public before ordering.

Deposits made to your 4K SMM Panel balance are strictly non-refundable to the original payment processor. They must be consumed as site credit.

• You agree that once you complete a deposit, you will not file a chargeback or a dispute against us for any reason.
• If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, and ban you from our site entirely.
• Orders placed in 4K SMM Panel cannot be canceled or refunded once they are set to 'Pending' or 'In Progress' status unless the server fails to deliver.

You use our platform entirely at your own discretion. We do not guarantee that your social media engagement numbers will remain permanent; we merely deliver the specific metrics bought via our platform API servers.
